DESCRIPTION:30 members of the class of 1983 from the Naval Academy are riding from Washington state to Annapolis for their 40th reunion to see the country, enjoy the camaraderie and raise funds and awareness for Veteran organizations.\nThe team members have already raised over $150,000 for Veteran groups.\nThey are cycling through Cumberland, arriving on October 2 afternoon and departing at 7:00 am on October 3 from the Fairfield Inn. Each day, they start with 22 pushups to bring awareness to the resources available to end Veteran suicide.\nThe team has invited the community to come and cheer them on, do some pushups with them and hopefully help Veteran organizations – it is pretty cool for a bunch of old guys to ride over 3400 miles across the entire country and stop in your town!\n
